ERASTO RAMIREZ EDINBURG - Erasto Ramirez, 76, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016, at his residence with surrounded by his family. Born in Mexico he had lived in Edinburg for the past 8 years. Mr. Ramirez was preceded in death by his father, Carmen Ramirez; a sister, Adelaida Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez is survived by his wife, Idelia Ramirez; three children, Carmen F. (Eduardo) Hernandez, Lidia Ramirez Munoz, Maria E. (Julio) Herrera; six grandchildren; his mother, Sebastiana Razo; two sisters, Zenaida Flores and Guadalupe Alberto. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with 7 p.m. talk, Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
