MARIA GUADALUPE NUNEZ HIDALGO - Maria Guadalupe Nunez, 82, died Thursday December 4, 2014, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Roberto Nunez. Mrs. Nunez is survived by her son, Roberto (Eliamar) Nunez of McAllen and a daughter, Gloria (Jorge Alberto) Garcia of Hidalgo; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; her caregivers, Silvia Bermudez, Ysenia Cantu and Mitzia Herandez. Visitation will be today, December 7, 2014, from 12pm to 5 pm with at 2pm chapel service at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd, in Edinburg. Cremation will follow at a later date. The family is in the care of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
