McAllen, Texas Mr. Alfredo Cobos, 84, entered eternal rest Friday, July 09, 2021 at the San Juan Nursing home in San Juan, Texas. Mr. Cobos was born April 08, 1937 in McAllen, Texas to Jose and Margarita (Montes) Cobos. Mr. Cobos was a long time resident of McAllen, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, Bar B Q, and truck driving. Alfredo was preceded in death by his wife- Eloisa H. Cobos, His son Ruben Cobos. Left to cherish his memory are his children; Jose Alfredo and (Sonia) Cobos, +Ruben and (Irasema) Cobos, Noraima Cobos and (Jesus L.) Valencia, Elfida Cobos and (Leopoldo G.) Sanchez, Horacio and (Sandra) Cobos, Erica Cobos and (Marcos) Duran; His Siblings- Antonia C. Bryant, Armando Cobos, Arturo Cobos; 20 grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren; Numerous of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Monday, July 12, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with an evening service at 7:00 PM at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
