Alfredo Serna

EDINBURG - Alfredo Serna, 74, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Mr. Serna is preceded in death by his parents, Severino. Serna and Flora Bustamante; one child Pedro Serna.

Mr. Serna is survived by his wife, Angela M. Serna; five children, Denise (Abel Hinojosa) Serna, Juliana M. ( Alex Lopez) Serna, Alfredo Serna Jr., Graciela Serna, and Griselda Serna; nineteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and fourteen siblings; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
