ALFREDO VELA
MISSION - Alfredo Vela, 74, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, May 12, 2019 in Mission surrounded by his family.
Alfredo is survived by his four children, Janie Marie Vela, Debbie Lee Vanderpool, Valerie Christie (Cory) Vela - Cheever, and Alfredo "Freddy" (Terry) Vela Jr.; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 1 p.m. prayer service, Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at a later date.
