Angelita Y. Reyna

It is with both great sadness and joy we report that Angelita Cadena Ybarra-Reyna passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 surrounded by some family members. The obvious sadness comes from losing your mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. The joy comes from knowing that her mind and body has been gloriously restored and is now in heaven where we will all see her again someday. Angelita (Gela) is proceeded in death by mother and father, Lupita Cadena and Isidro Ybarra, brother, Jose Ybarra (Anita), husband Severo Flores Reyna, and a daughter, Leticia Reyna. Mrs. Reyna is survived by a sister, Hermina Cadena-Flores; children, Raul Reyna (Lupita) Gibsonburg, Ohio, Ruben Reyna (Margarita) Edinburg, Angelica Reyna-Bland (David) Hagerstown, IN., Guadalupe Reyna-Soto (Juan) Woodland, CA., Alicia Reyna-Hinojosa Houston, TX., Severo Reyna Jr. (Celinda) Edinburg, Zoyla Reyna (David Gonzales) Edinburg, and Belinda Reyna-Gonzales, Weslaco; 29 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, several nephews and nieces. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a 7:00pm rosary at Legacy Funeral Home, 4610 S. Jackson Rd., in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 9:30am, Monday, October 27, 2014 at Legacy Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. The family is in the care of Legacy Funeral Home in Edinburg.
