Arcadio G. "Calo" Salinas

ALAMO - Arcadio G. "Calo" Salinas, 79, went to be with our Lord on Friday June 20, 2025, in McAllen. Mr. Salinas was preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe Salinas and Guadalupe Garcia; three siblings, Tito Salinas, San Juanita Gonzalez, and Francisco Salinas.

Mr. Salinas is survived by his six children, Irene Salinas, Rene (Lillian) Salinas, Iris (Juan) Salazar, Imelda (Jose) Hernandez, Arcadio Salinas Jr., and Adrian Salinas; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; five siblings, Jesus Salinas, Olga Rodriguez, Connie Alaniz, Irma Chavez, and Oscar Salinas; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday June 26, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. Friday June 27, 2025, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
