Augustine Granado

MCALLEN - Augustine Granado, 83, entered eternal rest on Monday, September 1, 2025. Mr. Granado was preceded in death by his parents, Enrique Granado and Carmen Casanova; five siblings, Augustine Granado, Reynaldo Granado, Miguel Granado, Jesus Granado, and Ernestina Granado.

Mr. Granado is survived by his wife, Graciela Granado; two children, Stephanie Granado and David (Ashley) Granado; five grandchildren, Olivia Rodriguez, Jude Granado, Milo Granado, Louie Granado, and Dean Granado; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Interment will be at 10 a.m. Friday September 12, 2025 at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
