Benita Davila

Benita Davila, 88, died Tuesday, October 29, 2015, at Rio Grande Regional Medical Center in McAllen. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Davila; two children, Juan Davila and Bertha Lopez. Mrs. Davila is survived by her seven children, Olivia Salinas, Hilda Mares, Yolanda Escalante, Alberto Davila, Jr., Ricardo Davila, Andrea Taylor and Maria Norma Davila. Visitation will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, October 29, 2015, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2015, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Jesus Maria Ranch Cemetery, North of Cargill. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
