Cecilia Fiscal Tinoco

HIDALGO - Cecilia Fiscal Tinoco, 46, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, February 26, 2026, in Edinburg. Miss Fiscal was preceded in death by her father, Antonio Fiscal. 

Miss. Fiscal is survived by her mother, Maria De Lourdes Fiscal Tinoco; eight siblings, Mario Fiscal, Moises Fiscal, Carlos Fiscal, Saul Mascorro, Marissa Fiscal, Israel Fiscal, Raquel Fiscal and Alexandra Fiscal; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Celebration of Life  at 7 pm on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
