CHRISTIAN W. GRIESEMER, 52, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Christian was the proud and dedicated owner and CEO of Val-Air, LLC. He had been serving the south Texas-RGV community since 2022. He brought over 30 years of HVAC experience to every job. His approach to business was defined by a work ethic rooted in reliability, professionalism, and unwavering ethical standards.
Beyond his professional life, Christian was a person defined by a meticulous and disciplined nature. He took great pride in being exceptionally detail-oriented, ensuring that every task he touched was handled with precision and care. This commitment to quality was bolstered by his highly organized approach to life; he thrived on structure and clarity, always maintaining an orderly environment that reflected his focused mindset. Christian’s thoroughness and dedication to "doing things right the first time" were the hallmarks of his character.
Christian was a beautiful person in how he loved, cared and treated others. He was a man of quiet strength and a boundless heart. He did not wait for permission to be kind or for a request to be helpful; he simply saw a burden and lifted it. Whether he was caring for his wife and children or pampering his pups ( Jaxs, Bailey, and JJ), his life was a masterclass in love through action. He taught us that the greatest support is the kind that shows up before it is even called for.
Christian is survived by his wife, Julissa Griesemer, whom he loved very much; three children, Ashly Curren (Tim), Joshua Teague (Samantha), and Larissa Yamilet Griesemer; step son, Julio Cesar Ozuna; six grandchildren, Kaden Curren, Brendon Curren, Rhett Curren, Everlee Teague, Tinsley Teague, and Teagan Teague; two surviving siblings, Dennis Griesemer (Marie) and Annie Brown (Dana); and his step mother whom helped raise him Victoria Griesemer.
Christian is preceded in death by his parents, Richard Arnold Griesemer and Joan Konnad; one sibling, Daniel Griesemer.
"True love is not just spoken; it is lived and proven through actions." — Pamela Cox.
