Christopher Luna

EDINBURG - Christopher Luna, 51, entered eternal rest on Friday, March 8, 2024, in La Grulla, Texas while serving his country as an Agent with the United States Border Patrol. 

Agent Luna is survived by his wife, Esmeralda Luna; two children, Sarah Isabelle Luna, and Hayden Christopher Luna; his parents, Victor Manuel (San Juanita) Luna and Josie Lopez; his brother, Thad Dameris.  

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Basilica Of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle - National Shrine in San Juan. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg with full Border Patrol Honors.
