Esther Urbina

EDINBURG- Esther Urbina, 84, entered eternal rest on Friday, July 10, 2026, in Edinburg. Ms. Urbina was preceded in death by her parents, Steven Urbina and Sadie Cortez; one son, Jesse Salvador Urbina.

Ms. Urbina is survived by her two children, Elvira Guadalupe Urbina, and John David Urbina; seven grandchildren; Curtis John Hudec Jr., Michael Raymond Hudec, John David (Alyssa) Urbina II, Jesse Anthony Urbina, Nicholas Brandon (Ayda) Urbina, Salvador Santiago Urbina, and Victor Quinn Urbina; three great grandchildren, Cyrus Brandon Urbina, Angela Hudec and Julie Hudec; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that, if possible, donations be made to the family. Your kindness and support are sincerely appreciated. 

Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
