Lidia Youngberg

MCALLEN - Lidia Youngberg, 80, went into the Lord's presence whom she loved on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Mrs. Youngberg is preceded in death by her parents, Maximiliano Santiago and Herminia Roldan Santiago; two brothers, Eliseo Ramirez and Miguel Ramirez.

Mrs. Youngberg is survived by her husband, Carl Youngberg; two daughters, Rebecca Anne Youngberg and Naomi Ruth (Andrew) Matthies; three grandsons, Kaleb, Eli and Isaac; four siblings, Eliazith Goldsmith, Dilia Santiago, Sara Ramirez and Josue Ramirez; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 9 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2024, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at  Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
