Eusebio Viera

EDINBURG - Eusebio Viera, 88, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Mr. Viera was preceded in death by his wife, Graciana Tello; his parents, Juan and Matilde Viera.

Mr. Viera is survived by his ten children, Silvia (Eddie) De La Garza, Concepcion (Genaro) Amaya, Adela (Marcos) Ramirez, Francisco (Mirtala) Viera, Socorro Viera, Angelica (Diego) Mata, Maricela (Ricardo) Garza, Claudia (Eduardo) Garza, Oscar (Isabel) Viera, and Lupita (Hector) Rivera; twenty nine grandchildren, Juan, Martha, Maira, Allan, Johana, Marco, Jasmin, David, Tania, Alejandra, Francisco, Natalia, Andres, Francisco, Jason, Eduardo, Jorge, Roberto, Sarah, Diego, Aliah, Alaissa, Marixa, Vanessa, Oscarito, Joaquin, Sebastian, Hanna, and Ivana; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous siblings, and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary recited every hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a 7 p.m. prayer service on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, October 13, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
