Faustino Lara Jaramillo

EDCOUCH - Faustino Lara Jaramillo, 73, went to be with our Lord Tuesday August 19, 2025, in Edinburg. Mr. Lara was preceded in death by his father, Jose Dolores Lara; a sister, Maria Cristina Lara. 

Mr. Lara is survived by his wife Herlinda Hernandez Lara; his five children, Faustino Lara Jr., Felipe Lara, Linda Smith, Ray S. Lara, and Teodoro (Gabby) Lara; 36 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; eleven siblings, Cirilo, Alberto, Pascuala, maximiliano, Leonor, Jose, Filomena, Lucia, Pedro, Nancy, and Juana; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
