Federico Garza Sr.

EDINBURG - Federico Garza Sr., 85, entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Mr. Garza is preceded in death by his parents, Luis Garza and Tereza Ramos; son, Hector Hugo Garza; two siblings, Roberto Garza and Hortencia Garza.

Mr. Garza is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Garza; four children, Maricela (Antonio) Salinas, Maribel (Jorge+) Salinas, Federico (Laura) Garza Jr., Jose Luis (Nora) Garza, twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; seven siblings, Hortencio Garza, Amelia Garza, Zenaido Garza, Olivia Garza, Maria G. Garza, Rosa Salinas, Maria L. Galindo-Garza; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7p.m. rosary Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
