FLOR ESTELLA RAMIREZ PHARR - Flor Estella Ramirez, 59, entered eternal rest Saturday, January 25, 2020, in McAllen. Flor is preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Maria Ramirez; her sister, Syliva Garza. Ms. Ramirez is survived by five siblings, Irene (Steven) Garner, Maria L. (Ricardo) Castillo Jr., Leticia Ramirez, Cynthia Salinas (Armando Partida), Norma (Dwayne) Tuetken; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a 4 p.m. Celebration of Life service, Saturday, February 1, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
