GILBERT "GIL' CANTU
ALAMO - Gilbert "Gil" Cantu, 52, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, April 28, 2019, in Alamo. Mr. Cantu is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Cantu.
Gilbert is survived by his wife, Cynthia Ann Ramirez; four daughters, Dannielle Cantu, Victoria Cantu, Krissanne Ramirez, Victoria Gomez, a son Matthew Gomez, two grandchildren Christopher Martinez and Hayden Avila, his father, Gilberto Cantu; four siblings, Sylvia (Michael) Kochanski, Rosalinda (Audiel Padilla) Cantu, Juan Cantu, and Daniel Cantu; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, with a 10 a.m. Celebration of Life service, Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
