Gloria De La Cruz

EDINBURG - Gloria De La Cruz, 70, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in Edinburg. Mrs. De La Cruz was preceded in death by her parents, Felipe M. and Maria G. Trevino; her brother, Felipe Trevino; sister-in-law, Esmeralda Trevino; and brother-in-law, Juan Salas.

Mrs. De La Cruz is survived by her husband, Rick De La Cruz; eleven siblings, Pedro (Cristina) Trevino, Anita Salas, Ruben Trevino, Celia (Hilberto) Canales, Homero (Vina) Trevino, Rene (Gloria) Trevino, Estela (Rudy) Garcia, Ninfa (Agustin) Garcia. Yolanda (Guadalupe) Maldonado, Sulema Trevino, and Roy (Ninfa) Trevino; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
