HECTOR DAVID NUÑEZ
ALAMO- Hector David Nuñez, 65, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in McAllen. Mr. Nuñez was preceded in death by his parents, Donato and Margarita Nuñez; his brother, Hector David Nuñez.
Mr. Nuñez is survived by his wife of 45 years, Maria Criselda Nuñez; three children, Maria Criselda Nuñez, Hector Donato (Lorisa) Nuñez and Claudia (Rufino) Hernandez Nuñez; 11 grandchildren, Enrique Perez III, Daquiri S. Nuñez, Eugene M. Sherman, Victoria L. Salazar, Rufino Hernandez Jr., Calob J. Nuñez, Catalina Hernandez, Viannae Salazar, Morgan C. Nuñez, Hannah Hernandez, and Lily L Nuñez; two great-grandsons; David Anthony Campos and Adam Eugene Sherman; five siblings, Margarita Nuñez, Carlos Nuñez, Donato Nuñez Jr., Sandra Nuñez, and Patricia Nunez; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
