HECTOR MANUEL "PIÑITA' ORTIZ MCALLEN - Hector Manuel "Piñita" Ortiz, 2 months, went to be with our Lord, Monday February 22, 2016, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Hector is survived by his parents, Mario and Anabel Ortiz; two sisters, Isabella and Sofia Ortiz; a brother, Mario Ortiz Jr.; paternal grandmother, Maria Ruiz; maternal grandmother, Evangelina Betancourt; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be from 8am to 3pm Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 3pm and interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
