HILDA VELEZ GALLOSO

MCALLEN - Hilda Velez Galloso, 88, entered eternal rest on Sunday, July 16, 2023, in McAllen surrounded by her family. Hilda was born on November 30, 1934, in Saltillo, Coahuila Mexico to Alfredo and Candelaria Velez. Mrs. Galloso was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Galloso; her parents; five siblings, Olga Rivas, Ruben Velez, Sergio Velez, Alfredo Velez Jr., and Gamaliel Velez.  

Mrs. Galloso is survived by her eight children, Milton Galloso, Nelson Galloso, Gabriel Galloso, Miguel Galloso, Maria Galloso, Rafael Galloso, Gerson Galloso, and Jair Galloso; 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; two siblings, Martha Staehling and Sixto Velez; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitaiton will begin at 3 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Celebration of Life service, Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at El Buen Pastor Methodist Church 705 East University Drive, in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
