Hugo Benjamin Tijerina

 PHARR- Hugo B. Tijerina, 39, entered into eternal life Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Hugo was preceded in death by his father Benjamin Tijerina Beltran.

Mr. Tijerina is survived by his loving wife, Carla M. Tijerina; two children, Aryanna Emmy Tijerina, and Hugo Benjamin Tijerina Jr; mother, Maria A. Sierra Calderon; four siblings Janie (Cesar) Rodriguez, Rosie (Keith) Everette, Ester (Fred) Rios, and Nancy (Martin) Gonzalez; twelve nieces and nephews, Raul III, Stephanie, Jeannie, Juliane, Cesar Jr., Roel, Martin Jr., Devany, Julia, Isabella, Myazel, and Myles.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2026, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
