IAN NOEL HALL MCALLEN - Ian Noel Hall, 6, went to be with our Lord on Sunday January, 31, 2016, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Ian is survived by his parents, Robert and Zayda Hall; a brother, Evan Antonio Hall; paternal grandparents Thomas S. (Kathy) Hall, and Edna "Red" (Jerry) Osborne; maternal grandmother Rosa Emma Hernandez; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. Family will receive friends from 5pm to 9pm with a 6pm Celebration of Life Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Capable Kids Foundation, P.O. Box 3036 Edinburg, Texas 78540. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
