Imelda Daniela Chavez

MCALLEN - Imelda Daniela Chavez, 40, entered eternal rest on Friday September 5, 2025. Mrs. Chavez was preceded in death by her mother Imelda Garza.

Mrs. Chavez is survived by her husband, Rigoberto Ochoa Jr.; three children, Wesley Berryhill, Imelie Daniella Lugo, and Rigoberto Dael Ochoa; her father, Manuel Chavez; four siblings, Rosie Chavez, Alex Chavez, Juan Chavez, and Luisa Chavez; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary  September 9, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
