ISMAEL "KINO" SALDIVAR MCALLEN- Ismael Saldivar Sr., 65, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 in McAllen surrounded by his family. Mr. Saldivar was preceded in death by his son, Ismael Saldivar; father, Manuel Saldivar Sr. Mr. Saldivar is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Reyes; five children, Erica (Adam) Perez, Iric C. Saldivar, Ismael (Jobia) Saldivar, Johnathan (Blanca) Saldivar and Monica (John) Casillas- Saldivar; eight grandchildren, Alex, Taylor, Alexa, Te'a, Ismael Kino, Madison, Johnathan Jr. and Camila; mother, Petra A. Saldivar; four siblings, Sandra Saldivar Partida, Manuel R. Saldivar Jr. , Sonia Saldivar and Israel Saldivar; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
