James Michael Lee

MCALLEN- JAMES MICHAEL LEE, 71, went to be with our Lord on Monday, March 23, 2026. Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Phillip Lee, and Virginia Claire Lee; four siblings, Donald Phillip Lee Jr., David E. Lee Sr., Linda G. Lee, and Anna M. Lee.

Mr. Lee is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Lee; three children, Kristin Lee, James Michael Lee, and Jennifer (Gerardo )Garcia; three grandchildren, Evan Michael Lee, Zachary James Lee, and Ashlin Autumn Lee; seven great grandchildren, Melissa Pritts, Euacnia Ravens Croft, laura Soule, David Allison, David E, Lee Jr., Salina M. Lee and Donald Lee; five siblings, Sharo Thompson, Carolyn P. Hatcher, Brenda J. Washington, Barbara L. Wilcox, and Donna J. Velasquez; numerous family and friends, jaime Hushaw, Carrie Anderson, Michael Hatechar, Jennifer Hillman, Wayne R. Lee, Rebeca Rodriguez, Joshua Rodriguez, Tammy M. Wise Greenfield, Danielle C. Wise, Timothy Washington, Cory Wilcox, Brand Wilcox, Nasha Lee, Victoria Velasquez, Stacie Stiqall, and Christopher Velasquez.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Celebration of Life on Saturday, April  18, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
