Jesus E. "Chuy" Ramirez

PHARR - Jesus E. "Chuy" Ramirez, 67, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, December 10, 2023, in Edinburg. Mr. Ramirez was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Bruna Ramirez; four siblings, Lorenzo Ramirez, Cruz Ramirez, Maria Elena Ramirez, and Ruben Ramirez.

Mr. Ramirez is survived by his wife, Blanca Estela Ramirez; five children, Ruben (Perla) Ramirez, Dulce (Edgardo E. Perez) Ramirez, Jesus (Erika) Ramirez, Juan (Berenice) Ramirez, and Blanca (Glenn Carlson) Ramirez; twelve  grandchildren, Ruben Jr., Devanny, Perla, Ricardo, Rubi, Samantha, Edgardo Jr., Alison, Jesus Jr., Kimberly, Rogelio, and Glenn II; six siblings, Leticia Ramirez, Miguel Ramirez, Nora Ramirez, Margarita Ramirez, Alma Ramirez, and Ramiro Ramirez; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, December 11, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Mother Cabrini Parish in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral service are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
