Jim Lane

AUSTIN - Jim Lane, 80, entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 14, 2023. Mr. Lane is preceded in death by his parents, Maria Garcia and Tom Lane Sr.; brother, Tom Lane Jr.; sister in law, Maria Zulema Lane.

Mr. Lane is survived by his 5 nephews, Sam (Jody) Lane, Michael (sonia) Lane, Eddie Lane, Julian (Estrella) Palomares and Rey (Olivia) Palomares; 3 nieces, Susana (David) Palomares- Beltran, Leticia Palomares and Laura Palomares; numerous family an friends.

Pallbearers for the services will be: Michael Lane, Andy Lane, Sam Lane, Javier Segura Jr., Sam Lane Jr. and Tommy Lane.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. December 22, 2023 with a 5 p.m. prayer service at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Graveside service will be at 12 p.m. December 23, 2023 at Lanes Cemetery .
