JOSE A. LOERA MCALLEN - Jose A. Loera, 83, went to be with our Lord, Friday, March 20, 2020, in Edinburg. Mr. Loera was preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso and Paulina Loera; five siblings, Victoria, Luis Abel, Feliciano, Juanita, and Maria Loera. Mr. Loera is survived by his wife, Juana G. Loera; six children, Marlene (Pedro) Carrillo, Veronica (Arturo) Juarez, Adriana (Jaime) Frias, Sonia Loera, Elizabeth (Benecio) Montes De Oca, and Arturo (Brenda) Loera; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; his brother, Edward Loera; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation (limited) will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2020, at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen with interment to follow. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
