Pharr - Jose Angel Valdez Cuellar, 52, entered eternal rest on Friday, August 4, 2023. Mr. Valdez is preceded in death by his parents, Agustin Valdez and Eluteria Cuellar Valdez.

Mr. Valdez is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe Valdez; his 3 children, Angel Santos Valdez, Cristina Zulema "Bonnie" Valdez and Selena Lilian Valdez; 11 grand-children; 5 siblings, Maricruz, Flor, Aracely, Linda, Glenda, Martha, and Agustin; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
