Jose Vallejo

EDINBURG - Jose Vallejo, 87, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Mr. Vallejo was preceded in death by his wife, Graciela Campos De Vallejo; a daughter, Imelda Genoveva Vallejo; granddaughter, Amelia Judith Ponce.

Mr. Vallejo is survived by his three children, Cesar (Patricia) Vallejo, Jose Angel (Nora) Vallejo, and Hortencia (Jose Angel) Vallejo-Rangel; nine grandchildren, Martha Cecilia, Juan Jose, Jose Amado, Joanery A., Lynette, Ricardo, Alejandra, Angel, and Anna; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
