LA FERIA - Josefina G. Villarreal, 84, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 15, 2023. Mrs. Villarreal is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe Galvan Garcia and Manuela Sauceda; her husband, Abel Villarreal Sr.; son, Victor Villarreal; 2 grandchildren, Raul De Leon ad Saul De Leon; 4 brothers, Ismael Garcia, Alexandro Garcia, Ruben Garcia and Raul Garcia.

Mrs. Villarreal is survived by her 3 children, Yolanda (Patrick) Bullard, Michelle (Javier) Acuna and Abel Villarreal Jr.; 1 sister, Rosa (Jaime) Perez; daughter-in-law, Rosalinda Moyar; 4 grandchildren, Juan Antonio (Mariela) Mendoza Jr., Gerardo Mendoza, Abel and Jessica Villarreal; 2 great grandchildren, Saul De Leon Jr., and Alexa Mendoza; 2 great great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.

Mom, Thank You for all the love you gave us and the great memories you left us. You will never be forgotten and you will live forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, October 23, 2023, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
