Juvel Fernandez

MCALLEN - Juvel Fernandez, 92, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in McAllen. Mr. Fernandez was preceded in death by his wife, Aristea Fernandez; three children, David Gonzalez, Alma Nora Fernandez, and Juan Jose Jimenez; a son-in-law, Pablo Alaniz; six siblings, Jose Fernandez, Joventino Fernandez, Gusatvo Fernandez, Benito Fernandez, Juana Fernandez, and Maria Fernandez. 

Mr. Fernandez is survived by his four children, Florestela Alaniz, Juvel (Rafaela) Fernandez Jr., Octavio (Sylvia) Fernandez, and Eduardo (Melissa) Fernandez; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. talk on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
