Leonides Lutz-Lopez

MCALLEN - Leonides Lutz-Lopez, 60, went to be with our Lord on Monday, August 24, 2026, in McAllen surrounded by his family. Mr. Lutz was preceded in death by his parents, Rodolfo and Esperanza Lutz; five siblings, Rodolfo Lutz Jr., Felipe Lutz, Maria Lutz, Justo De La Rosa, and Pablo Vega. 

Mr. Lutz is survived by his wife, Hipolita Lutz; four children, Rosario Lutz, Leo Lutz, Lizveth Lutz, and Juan Obregon; nine grandchildren, Naima, Adriel, Leo, Liliani, Lucian, Liam, Anahi, Isaac, and Ezequiel; four siblings, Maria Lutz, Esperanza Lutz, Maria Victoria Lutz, and Matias De La Rosa; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Celebration of Life service Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
