Mrs. Galvan is survived by her husband, German Matamoros; six children, Claudia, German III, Juan, Angel, Laisha, and Jesus Matamoros; her parents, Juan and Flor Esthela Galvan; her sister, Maria Del Refugio (Rodolfo Bocanegra) Galvan; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
