Loraine Marjorie Adams

MCALLEN - Loraine Majorie Adams, 74, fell asleep in Christ on Thursday, October 1, 2026 in McAllen. Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred Brown, and Eda Brown; three siblings, Wilfred, Garnet and Novene.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her spouse, Peter Adams; two children, Ky-Anne (Everdean) Adams-Roye, and Keane T. (Amoy Johnson) Adams; seven grandchildren, Kymora Roye, Kison Adams, Kacian Roye, Kalev Adams, Nicholas Roye, Amira Adams, and Amora Adams; bonus children, Stacey Adams-Scott, Trecia Cooke, Michael Adams, Christopher Adams, and Leyton Adams; six siblings, Albert Brown, Edward Brown, Janice Brown, Vilma Brown, Megan Brown, and Dollis Brown; numerous nieces and nephews.

 Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a 11 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Edinburg Seventh-day Adventist Church at 602 W. Wisconsin Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg
