Maria Angela Hernandez

EDINBURG - Maria Angela Hernandez, 52, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Ms. Hernandez was preceded in death by her parents, Eutiquio and Lorenza Hernandez; her daughter, Eriza Lizbeth Garcia. 

Ms. Hernandez is survived by her husband, Eduardo Zaragoza; three sons, Isidro (Jacqueline) Cantu, Ricardo (Jennifer) Cantu, Maximilano (Melissa) Cantu; eight grandchildren; her ten siblings, Porfirio, Leonor, Cecilia, Teresa, Jose A., Eutiquio Jr., Sostenes, Teodora, Maria M., and Ismael; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday May 13, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Legacy Chapels in Chapels in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
