Maria A. Bernal

San Juan, Texas Mrs. Maria A. Bernal entered eternal rest on Saturday October 15, 2016 at the Edinburg Regional Medical Center at the age of 78. She was born on November 17, 1937 in Mexico to Jose and Trinidad Aleman. She had lived in San Juan for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three siblings She is survived by her husband Mr. Pedro Bernal; her children Dante M. Bernal, Ludivina Bernal de Avila, Talia M. Bernal de Galvan Also brothers and sisters Antonio Aleman, Cruz Aleman, and Francisca A. Salinas, 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren Visitation will take place on Monday October 17, 2016 at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd, in Edinburg from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service beginning at 7:30 pm Visitation will continue on Tuesday October 18, 2016 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Celebration of life service will begin at 10:30 am at Legacy Chapels with burial to follow to La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. Legacy Chapels of Edinburg is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
