MISSION - In Loving Memory of Maria Guadalupe Bowman March 27, 1972 – December 3, 2025 With deeplove and sorrow, the family of Maria Guadalupe Bowman announces her passing on December3, 2025. Born on March 27, 1972, Maria now rejoices in the presence of her Lord and Savior.Maria is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Hagen.
Maria lived through many hard ships, yet through the grace of God, she surrendered her heart to Jesus Christ—a decision that transformed her life and filled her days with renewed purpose, strength, and peace. Anchored by her faith, she became a pillar of strength for her family and a blessing to all who knew her. Her decision to follow Christ not only changed her life, but it changed mine and will impact generations to come. She sacrificed so that I could attend a Christian school, and she took me to church every chance she had. She knew that one day she would be called to her heavenly home, and because of this, she gave me the greatest gift a mother could ever give: she invested in my heart, my faith, and my walk with Jesus Christ. For this, I will forever be grateful. I commit my Savior and to my mom to raise my children—and all those God places in my path—with the same love, faith, and devotion that she planted in me. Her legacy will continue through every life she touched.
Maria was also known for her generosity, bold spirit, and deep love for her family. She especially cherished time spent with her loved ones, often gathering for dinner at her favorite restaurant, Taco Ole. She adored the beauty and fragrance of lilies and wore the color purple with joy and confidence. Despite the trials she faced, Maria remained steadfast, courageous, and full of grace. She fought the good fight and finished her race in faith, resting now in the eternal arms of her Savior.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7
