EDINBURG- Maria Del Socorro Escalona, 51, entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in McAllen. Ms. Escalona was preceded in death by her mother, Estela Salinas; brother, Librado Escalona Jr.

Ms. Escalona is survived by her four children, Harley (Vanessa) Vega, Keagon Vega, Kerian Vega, and Kyler Vega; one grandchild, Ezra Vega; father, Librado, Escalona; two siblings, Esmeralda Escalona, and Josefina Escalona five; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
