Michael Joe Marlow

ALAMO - Michael Joe Marlow, 65, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in Corpus Christi. Mr. Marlow was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Joyce Marlow; his sister, Cheri Benavides.

Our dad lived with a huge heart and an open door. If the grill was on, everyone was welcome, and if you needed a laugh, he made sure you found one. He had a way of making ordinary moments feel important and people feel like they mattered. The lives he touched are proof that kindness echoes longer than we know. We will remember his humor, his generosity, and the love that showed up in a thousand everyday ways.

Mr. Marlow is survived by his two sons, DJ Marlow, and Kelly Marlow.

Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. with a 4 p.m. Celebration of Life service on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
