NELDA PULIDO RAMOS PHARR - Nelda Pulido Ramos, 68, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, in Edinburg. Mrs. Ramos was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Ofelia Pulido; her brother, Ramon Pulido. Ms. Ramos is survived by her three children, Luana Hartwell, Joanna (Exequiel) Navarro, and Susanna (Hilario) Ramos; two grandchildren, William, and Sadie; six siblings, Lilia Peña, Zulema Luna, Elisa Dimas, Graciela Villalon, Reynaldo Pulido, and Jose Pulido Jr. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
