NELLIE CAVAZOS
EDINBURG - Nellie Cavazos, 88, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday October 16, 2018, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Ms. Cavazos was preceded in death by her son, Mario Cavazos; her parents, Leonzo J. and Ramona Tagle; her brother, Amadeo Tagle; two sisters, Aurora Garza, and Minnie Moeck.
Ms. Cavazos is survived by her two sons, Homer Cavazos, and Jaime (Helen) Cavazos; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Audrie, Mario, Damion, Lauren, Anthony, and Teresa; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Monday, October 22, 2018 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday October 23, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
