Noe Josue Ramirez

Noe J. Ramirez passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Noe was born on February 4, 1939, in Los Herreras, Nuevo Leon.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alfonso and Ofelia Ramirez, his brother Marcos Ramirez, and his sister Lydia Manrique. Noe is lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Irma Garcia de Ramirez, his devoted children: Blanca Ramirez (Susie), Walter (Noe) Sitarek (Kelly), Irma Y. Ramirez, Patricia Ramirez (Roman), Anita Gutierrez (Mike), Oneida Canales (Noe), Noemi Cantu (Cesar), and Noe A. Ramirez (Mariana). He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Noe’s joy came from the moments that mattered most—laughing with his children, playing golf with his son and grandchildren, and making beautiful memories alongside his wife, Irma. He loved nothing more than playing games and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

He departed this life peacefully, leaving a lifetime of love and memories that will live on in those who knew him.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Celebration of LIfe on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Dinner will follow at 7 p.m..

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
