Norberta Montoya

ALAMO - Norberta Montoya, 68, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, in Edinburg. Ms. Montoya was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Elena Castorena.

Ms. Montoya is survived by her two children, Margarito (Belinda) Montoya, and Marilou Montoya; grandson, Joshua Montoya; six siblings, Benjamin Castorena, Daniel Castorena, Pedro Castorena, Noemi Castorena, Primitiva Castorena, and Janie Casotorena; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2023, at Templo Getsamani in Donna. Interment will folow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
