Ophelia B. Trevino

EDINBURG- Ophelia B. Trevino, 86, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in Edinburg. Mrs. Trevino was preceded in death by her husband J. D. Trevino; parents, Domingo and Julia Barrios.

Mrs. Trevino is survived by her three daughters, Cristina (Joe) Gonzalez, Norma Trevino ( Ray Mora), and Dina (Chris) Parras; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary & prayer service on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 9 a.m. on Tuesday July 7, 2026, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Pallbearers: Joey Gonzalez, Danny Gonzalez, Jay Parras, Matthew Mora, Angel Garza and Freddy Ramirez.

Honorary: Jose Cantu, Sean Salinas, and Endrek Salinas.
