Oscar "El Chaparro" Azamar Piquet
PHARR - Oscar "El Chaparro" Azamar Piquet, 45, went to be with our Lord on Monday June 9, 2025, in Edinburg. Oscar was preceded in death by is parents, Pablo Azamar Hernandez and Silvia Piquet Sotelo.
Mr. Azamar is survived by his wife, Beatriz Jerezano; three children, Oscar Azamar, Jennifer Azamar, and Jhobani Ivan Azamar; four siblings, Beningno Azamar, Andres Azamar, Alejandro Azamar, and Martina Azamar; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Graveside service will be at 9 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2025, at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral service are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
