EDINBURG - Rafael Castillo, 64, entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 5, 2023, in Edinburg. Mr. Castillo was preceded in death by his parents, Leonardo and Abelina Castillo; his sister, Ester Castillo.

Mr. Castillo is survived by his wife, Maria De Jesus Castillo; nine siblings, Elias Castillo, Lupe Castillo, Irma Castillo, Salvador Castillo, Leonardo Castillo, Juana Castillo, Roberto Castillo, Arasele Castillo, and Avelina Castillo; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Inerment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
